why I am getting Bill invoice where I am not using aws yet?

Hello, After login into my new aws account I have found that a Bill is issued for selecting developer (support) when I am creating my account. I am new in aws and don't know all about this. I did not use aws before and I have not create any hosting using this aws. I have just create an account some days before and trying to login again after some days, but I am totally surprised that I have get a bill for selecting developer service option whereas I don't have idea about this. I am trying to change the service plan developer support to basic plan, but I could not do that. Please help me about this.

You pay for usage and support.

If you do not want developer support the. You will to cancel the support through the support console while logged in as root

Not sure how you have enabled developer support. You can open a case from the Support portal asking when it was enabled as there should be logged event in CloudTrail that shows who and when it was enabled. As far as downgrading to Basic, if you have just enabled it, you would need to wait 30 days before you can downgrade.
