dear sir , Actually i am using another aws account and migrate the data sql server to S3... but sometime that error are showing:

Last Error Replication task out of memory. Stop Reason FATAL_ERROR Error Level FATAL Please give me update on this error...

Looks like you will need to vertically scale your DMS instance. Refer to this guide - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_ReplicationInstance.Types.html
