Service Limit Increase Request

I have a service request increase (7354171771 for lightsail) that's been unassigned for a while now. I was under the impression those requests get at least an initial response pretty quickly. My project is on hold until I can get this service increase. Was wondering if there was any way to speed this up. Thanks for your help!
