Issue with Cloud Question Solution Architect - Cant create serverless database

I been trying this a number of times and I cant get this working...  below is the error I am getting

Cloud Quest - issue with doing the backup task.. I keep getting the same error makeing a serverless database

Your request to create DB cluster database-1-instance-1 didn't work.
User: xxx is not authorized to perform: rds:CreateDBSubnetGroup on resource: xxx because no identity-based policy allows the rds:CreateDBSubnetGroup action (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDenied; Request ID: xxx; Proxy: null)

Hi,

Above seems a clear issue with missing IAM policies for the user attempting to perform the create cluster action.

I would first check if that user has the AmazonRDSFullAccess.

Finally I would look in below if you want to scope down the list of policies needed:
