Sales support form won't accept a valid email address

0

I'm trying to contact Sales support via https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/sales-support/

The form seems to have a bug, it keeps telling me to "Enter a valid email address." even though I have. It doesn't seem to accept ".health" as a valid TLD.

How can I contact sales support via my work email address?

I understand you're having trouble with the sales support contact form not accepting your email address with a ".health" TLD. This can be frustrating when you need to reach AWS sales.

Since the form isn't working for you, here are some alternative approaches to contact AWS sales:

  1. If you already have an AWS account, you can open a web support case directly from the AWS Support Center, which might be more reliable than the contact form.

  2. If you have a Business, Enterprise On-Ramp, or Enterprise Support plan, you can request that AWS contact you at a convenient phone number or start a chat with their engineers through the Support Center.

  3. You could try using a different email address temporarily just to establish initial contact, and then explain your situation and provide your work email in the message body.

  4. Another option is to reach out to an AWS Partner in your region who can help facilitate the connection with AWS sales teams.

Unfortunately, AWS doesn't typically provide direct phone numbers for sales teams publicly. The contact form is the primary method for initial sales inquiries, but these alternatives might help you work around the issue you're experiencing with the form.
