Public IPv4 DNS not visible (shows as blank in summary) and unable launch instance from the amazon linux console

I created an instance but its Public IPv4 DNS is not visible (shows as blank in summary) and I am unable to ssh to the instance or even launch it from the server (amazon linux console). Any leads would be appreciated.

Hello.

Are "enableDnsHostnames" and "enableDnsSupport" enabled for the VPC where EC2 is running?
If it is not enabled, try enabling it.
