Based on your situation, it sounds like you're having trouble accessing your AWS account. Here are some steps you can take to recover access:
-
Try using the "Sign in using alternative factors of authentication" option if it's available. This may allow you to verify your identity using other methods.
-
If you know your email address and password but are having issues with the verification process, try using the email address instead of the account ID when logging in. Select the "Root user" sign-in option and enter your email address.
-
If you've previously logged in on the same device, check your browser's saved passwords or browsing history to see if it stored your account ID or alias.
-
Look for old AWS emails, especially account creation confirmations or invoices, which might contain your account ID.
-
If you're still unable to access your account, you should contact AWS Support directly. They can assist with account recovery issues even without a support plan. Visit the AWS Support Center and select the option to contact them regarding account access issues.
-
When contacting AWS Support, be prepared to verify your identity. They may ask for information such as the email address associated with the account, the account ID, and potentially other details to confirm you're the rightful account owner.
-
If you're using an older sign-in process, you might try clicking on "Legacy Sign-In" in the corner of the sign-in page, which allows login with just email and password.
Once you regain access, consider setting up proper security measures like MFA using an authenticator app rather than SMS/phone calls to prevent future access issues.

Hello Bruno,
You can reach AWS Support via the following contact form (no login required): http://go.aws/account-support.

I have not been successful yet. The link you sent me to support did not help, as I only receive automated responses from a bot. At the moment, I have pending issues and need to access my account to make payments.

And what would be the AWS support channel? I still haven't been able to recover my account; I've tried all the methods without success.
