I wanted to ask how the LoRaWAN server filter (if at all) duplicate uplink messages that received by two or more GW and transmitted to the server.

Hi. It's the responsibility of the LoRaWAN Network Server to perform de-duplication and AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN does indeed implement this. It keeps the message with the strongest RSSI.
