Hi. We are looking to request a new implementation in Amazon Chime (more specifically the grouping of chatrooms and contacts via folders. What would that take to escalate so as to get that fixed? Thank you.

In addition, if you have a direct AWS contact (account manager, solution architect, etc.), it's also good to talk to them about those features that you need. They may be able to support and move your request within AWS at a faster pace.
