Access to websites at AWS

0

Hello we have lost access to our developer and cannot access our websites hosted at Amazon.

How can I get access to FTP credentials (for all servers on this account), and login credentials for any databases and web applications on this account?

There is a limit to what help AWS will be able to provide. Services in AWS are provided via the Shared Responsibility Model. In short, AWS handles the security of the cloud and you handle security in the cloud. While support can help you get access to the AWS account, they will not be able to help you get access to the instances and services that have been deployed in your account.

This article is a good place to start with resetting access to the account https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_access-keys_retrieve.html

If you need to request support, use the Contact Us page and choose Still unable to log into your AWS account and then choose one of the available support options.
