Hello,
I understand that you have successfully added users in Amazon Connect and in Salesforce. However, when logging through Salesforce omnichannel, you are observing the below error in the browser window: "SCV dispatched error CAN_NOT_LOG_IN for event Type SETUP_CONNECTOR SSO failed and iframeRetriesExhasuted"
The above error looks like there seems to be some issues on the Connected App that we configure in the Salesforce to connect with the Amazon Connect. Please refer to the steps once [1] listed in this specific implementation document under "Create a Connected App for Amazon Connect".
To further troubleshoot the SCV sourced error you are observing with SSO login[2] , I request you to open a support case with Salesforce team. This is because the Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution is completely managed by Salesforce and the CCP is also provided by Salesforce as well.

While it is possible the issue is with your connected app. I was getting the exact same error, and I solved it by adding my sandbox's lightning force URL to the approved origins for my connect instance like this:
AWS Console --> Amazon Connect --> Select your Instance --> Click on Approved origins --> Add Domain
Domain URL: Go to Salesforce --> My Domain copy the Current My Domain URL and prefix it with https:// Then replace my.salesforce.com with lightning.force.com
