Trying to set up VMware Agentless Migration Appliance. Instructions do not work. What am I doing wrong?

I am following this:

https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/mt/accelerate-vcenter-migration-using-aws-migration-service-agentless-migration/

When I go to download the script, the result is "the specified bucket does not exist.

Script is supposed to be at: https://application-migration-service-eu-west-1.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/latest/vcenter-client/linux/aws-vcenter-client-installer-init.py

I found instructions that work. appliance still is not though
