Can I deploy a FSx File Gatway on Outpost?

Hi everyone,

I have a question that is related to FSxW and the FSx File Gateway that can be deployed in a user location. According to the documentation this gateway can be deployed various hypervisors and on EC2, but it does not state if the EC2 option includes an AWS Outpost deployment. I don't have access to an Outpost so I can't just try it out, unfortunately. So I'm asking for your experience: Can I deploy it on a 19" Outpost Rack System?

When you say 19" Outpost Rack, are you referring to Outposts Server OR the larger Outposts Rack service?

    Hi Dough,

    Sorry, it seems I was too tired. I meant the 19" Outpost Servers, as the gateway would mostly be interesting for small offices where we would replace small number of local servers.
