I am sorry for your experience and can understand the frustration. Just a reminder that re:Post is a community forum. No one here, even AWS employees, will be able to help you with billing issues. I would recommend reopening the support case and asking to escalate it.

thanks @iBehr - ur probably right. I have been a dedicated, long-term user and investor in AWS. Between the sprawling, disconnected and often obsolete documentation along with the ML services that emerge seemingly without organization or a roadmap, I am struggling to defend this AI/ML platform. I hope someone puts some product-centric control over this thing before you know who takes over the world
