Cannot create AWS Lambda Function anymore

Hello.

I cannot create an AWS Lambda Funktion anymore. First, there was an possible account compromise and then this function doesn’t work anymore. I am just a Basic Support Customer and don‘t know how to tell Amazon to reactivate this… Could someone help me, please.

Please tell me the details.

Do you have IAM permission to create lambda function ?
Can you have access to your AWS root user ?
How did you find "account compromise" ?
