I am about to setup an Email Delivery server for a customer

I am about to setup an email delivery server for a banking customer, The amount of emails going to be delivered are high in volumes. (100% transactional and legit traffic) no spamming. Would I need to get some throttling removed from AWS before going live please guide.

As stated here, you need to apply for removal of the restriction when using port 25.
