VAT recovery on AWS invoices

We are a UK based company and receive VAT invoices in US Dollars from AWS which include input VAT. The invoices include in the footer details of the invoicing entity - AMAZON WEB SERVICES EMEA SARL and AMAZON WEB SERVICES EMEA SARL, UK BRANCH. There is a VAT reg number noted for the UK Branch.

It therefore appears that we are being billed by a VAT registered UK branch of AWS EMEA SARL. Are we therefore able to reclaim the input VAT?
