Thank you for contacting AWS support, I understand you have enabled a custom skill using API, and having issue while trying to take input after voice reminder is set. Please note that, Alexa for business is more focused on managing devices in organizations, conferencing and calendaring.
Alexa Skills Kit and Alexa Voice Service are not supported by AWS Support. The Alexa Developer Services team is directly responsible for these products and as such, they would be the best point of contact for your questions.
