Request for Increase in 'ml.r5.4xlarge' Instance Limit for Notebook Instance

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with increasing the account-level service limit for 'ml.r5.4xlarge' instances on my notebook instance.

When attempting to increase the limit through "AWS Service Quotas," I encountered the following error:

"ResourceLimitExceeded
The account-level service limit 'ml.r5.4xlarge for notebook instance usage' is 0 Instances, with current utilization of 0 Instances and a request delta of 1 Instances. Please use AWS Service Quotas to request an increase for this quota. If AWS Service Quotas is not available, contact AWS support to request an increase for this quota."

Despite attempting to utilize "AWS Service Quotas," I was unable to resolve the issue. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and increasing the service limit for 'ml.r5.4xlarge' instances on my account.

Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.  
If you are unable to apply through the service quota, please open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".  
I believe it is possible to apply for an uplift from AWS Support.

In addition, quotas may not be accepted immediately after application and may take several days.
