AWS Support Case for Billing Unassigned for more than 1 month

Hi,

I had opened up a support case *************** on 13th March, 2026 for billing related issues and the issue remained unassigned for 15 days! Not knowing what to do, I opened another case *************** on 28th March hoping for this ticket to get picked up. But, this ticket also remained unassigned. A friend of mine from Australia had logged similar ticket and his ticket was resolved - because he used the "Reply" option to follow up on the case. Since that information, I have been regularly replying on both the cases, in-vain.

On 23rd April, 2026, in order to test whether this is an issue because I did not log the case using root user, I created a new case using root user: 177691668700584 This one is currently in Unassigned state as well - waiting to see if it ALSO remains unassigned for a month or more (most likely my account will get suspended due to non-payment prior to that).

Would suggest to escalate directly through the Support Center (via “Reply” or “Request callback/chat”)
