Account Getting Suspended

I am currently using my fifth AWS account and all of the old accounts got suspended after launching large instance with 32 or 64 vcpu just a few hours after launching these instances.There is no problem for using small instances with 4 or 8 vcpus.Do i need to do anything prior to launching large instances ?
