I am trying to migrate 3 tables and my selection rule looks like this and I get an error where schema name is like 'EEOP_INTEG' and Source table name is like '[EEOP_USER, EEOP_ORG, EEOP_USER_ORG]', include

When I migrate only one table , I do not get any error, how do I get multiple tables from a schema Selection rules where schema name is like 'EEOP_INTEG' and Source table name is like 'EEOP_USER', include

Please review the following link

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Tasks.CustomizingTasks.TableMapping.SelectionTransformation.Selections.html

as you can see, you can use the "%" percent sign as a wildcard for all or part of the value for the schema-name and table-name parameter.

like

{
    "rules": [
        {
            "rule-type": "selection",
            "rule-id": "1",
            "rule-name": "1",
            "object-locator": {
                "schema-name": "Test",
                "table-name": "EEOP_%"
            },
            "rule-action": "include"
        }
    ]
}

you cannot include multiple tables in single rule you can either use multiple selection rules separate for each table or use wildcards to include and/or exclude tables. wildcards are _ for single character % for multiple characters for more details refer to examples at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Tasks.CustomizingTasks.TableMapping.SelectionTransformation.Selections.html https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Tasks.CustomizingTasks.TableMapping.SelectionTransformation.Wildcards.html
