Account 0 Quota limit and NO response even on AWS Business Support+

-2

so my problem is simple my account Quota has been set on 0 for no reason ( maybe its cause it is a new acc? idk ) i already submitted a 2 Quota increase request i already submitted a case that i asked why i cant use my account and my quota is 0 i already upgraded my account

i even had to buy AWS Business Support+ cause free tier was no help and still i recieve 0 response their AI is useless i responding and i dont undrestand how long i have to wait just be able to use my account or at least get some help !

  • quota for what exactly? Anyway since you have business + suport, you should be able to chat with a human support staff. The problem will be resolved once they understand your concern. If you are just waiting for AWS support to reply in your case ID, it may more time sometimes weeks as per my experience.

best for you to stick to chat and wait for support staff to response and talk to them.

  • How many days old is your account?

How about checking this in the meantime:

  1. Check Service Quotas Console

Navigate to Service Quotas > Service > Applied quota.

Confirm that “Applied quota” shows 0 while “Default quota” shows expected values.

  1. Submit Quota Increase Requests

Use the Service Quotas console to request increases for each service/model family.

I understand your frustration with the quota limits and response times. Let me clarify a few things that may help:

About Service Quotas: New AWS accounts often start with conservative service quotas (limits) as a security measure. This is normal and can be adjusted through quota increase requests. The time it takes to process these requests varies depending on the specific service and the nature of the request.

About Support Response Times: With AWS Business Support, you should expect:

  • General guidance responses within 24 hours
  • System impaired responses within 12 hours
  • Production system impaired responses within 4 hours
  • Production system down responses within 1 hour

If you haven't received a response within these timeframes, you can add additional correspondence to your existing case through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. When you add correspondence, it helps to provide specific details about which services you're trying to use and what quotas you need increased.

What You Can Do:

  1. Check your support case in the AWS Support Center to see if there are any updates or requests for additional information
  2. Add correspondence to your existing case if you need to provide more details or follow up
  3. For quota increases, be specific about which service quotas you need and why you need them
  4. Consider reviewing your AWS Support plan options if you need faster response times for critical issues

The support team will work through your requests, but processing times can vary based on the complexity of the request and the information provided.
