Hi
This is only possible if you registered your domain through Lightsail not by simply creating a DNS Zone. For a DNS Zone for a domain registered elsewhere, you cannot change the nameservers.
I would recommend trying to create a CNAME record, that points directly to the default domain (public domain) of your container service.

You can point a subdomain from your existing registrar to your Lightsail container service https://lightsail-preprod.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-enabling-container-services-custom-domains The only case you'd need to move your DNS records is if you wanted the container to host your root/apex domain (example.com vs subdomain.example.com)
