Actually, I'm unable to register any of domain names...
Here is the email from AWS:
Dear AWS customer,
We recently received an online request from your AWS account to register the following domain name:
***.name
We weren't able to register the domain name. This is because:
We can't finish registering your domain. Contact AWS Support at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/ for further information.
We apologize for the inconvenience. For more information, contact Amazon Web Services Customer Support.

Then, support directed me here to repost.aws

And did we get a solution here? I submitted the same request to AWS, chatted to an agent on the chat, and they said that route 53 would pick it up, but my tickets been sitting unassigned for 10+ hours.
I've had the same exact issue.

I have the same issue, aws reply me with "Parameters in request are not valid", finally I found that my address includes Chinese character, that is not valid. I change it to English, and succeeded.
