Amazon MQ: Can not connect localhost RMQ shovel with AWS RMQ

Question

I have a local host (private not secured) RMQ server on my computer. I want to create a shovel that communicates with Amazon's RMQ; only port 5671 (secured) is opened for AWS.

1) The shovel is created locally on my computer with the parameters below

No matter what I tried the shovel can not communicate with Amazon's RMQ. What are the correct parameters to make them communicate?

2) I suppose the two RMQs can communicate with port 5672 (not secured) as I test it with a 3rd party service like sparrow.rmq.cloudamqp.com. The question is if there is any way to communicate both of them with **amqps **protocol (secured) in port 5671, especially for the local host that can not get a public CA certificate.
