Perhaps the Windows Firewall has been closed by Kaspersky.
If you have SSM Agent installed on your EC2, try troubleshooting using the steps in the following document.

If the above methods are not possible, it will be necessary to disable the software on the Kaspersky side.
I am not familiar with Kaspersky, but perhaps Kaspersky support can tell you how to do this.
