Email notification and Health alert for non-existent certificate

I had two certificates in ACM one of which was active, with the correct CNAME values against my domain and another that I was not using. I deleted the one I wasn't using, but I'm still receiving email alerts and an item in the Health Dashboard for this Cert. Is this expected behaviour?

Not helping with your question but I have the same issue, I am receiving emails saying "You have an SSL/TLS certificate from AWS Certificate Manager in your AWS account that expires on May 11, 2022 at 23:59:59 UTC." yet I have no certificates in certificate manager and deleted this one a while ago.
