I just want to clarify. Are you having the black screen when you access Lightsail console or you're having black screen when you try to ssh/rdp to the instance using Lightsail console?

Hi,
I am sorry that you are running into this issue. I'm curious if you have tried running in incognito mode in Firefox. Sometimes, if you have some extensions running, it could prevent javascript from running on the page, which would result in Lightsail being unable to load correctly.

The problem is partially solved:
I used to log to the virtual machine through the following link in firefox: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home/instances Then I will add the username and password and then I will get to the VM. But last time it gave me a blank screen.
I used Chrome and it gave me the same Blank Screen. Then I went to https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/ in firefox and logged to my account then clicked on Lightsail. This gave me also a Blank Screen.
Then I went to the same link (https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/) in chrome and logged in, and then clicked at lighsail and I was able to enter my virtual machine.
So, it seems there are two problems, one in the first link and the other in firefox.
But at least I was able finally to enter to the VM by the second link in chrome.
