i am getting "This site can’t be reached" ERROR

While i am opening apache server on ec2 linux by opening http://172.31.32.243/ it is showing me This site can’t be reached error. I have checked security group settings, apache server is running. I dont know what is the error

Its IP address is a private IP address.
Try accessing the site from a browser using the EC2 public IP address.
Also make sure that the EC2 is running on a public subnet.
If you are running on a public subnet and do not have a public IP address, try setting up an Elastic IP.
