The SES console reputation dashboard is an account-level feature, but you can get visibility into the account and bounce rate of the separate domains by configuring each domain to send email specifying a unique configuration set as detailed in link below

Publishing the SES event data and analyzing that event data per configuration set will show the customer their bounce and complaint rates per each domain.
