直接下载文件的话用的是S3的get 请求 PresignUrl只需要GetObject 非Presign建议增加GetObjectVersion https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/example-policies-s3.html#iam-policy-ex3
