Not receicing Verification Code Email for my root account

0

Hi AWS team,

I am unable to login to my root account because on the last step after login it says it has sent me a verification code via email but I haven't received or receicing any kind of verification code email.

Not only that, even the support emails are not going through. I am using Gsuite. there is nothing in my inbox or spam folder either making it very difficult to access my account where my bills and server instances are running.

I have tried contacting AWS support, but they have been of no help so far.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Very disappointed with the support so far.

Go through these and you will find an answer to your solution: Check Email Configuration: Ensure the email address is correct and check spam/junk filters.

Try Different Browsers/Devices: Clear cache or use a different browser/device.

Resend Verification Code: Use the resend option on the AWS login page.

Verify Email Settings: Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings. Look at email server logs if possible.

Update Email Address: Consider changing the email associated with your AWS root account.

AWS Support Center: Submit a new support request with detailed information.

Account Recovery Form: Use AWS Account Recovery Form if necessary.

Escalate Support: If issues persist, escalate through AWS Management Console or other support channels.

  • I have already done everything.

Also, I cannot change the root account email until I am able to login.
