Lambdas - S3 Triggers

If this is a production issue please contact our support team so that they can assist you with troubleshooting.

Otherwise: Check to make sure that the Lambda function has the correct permissions; that it is allowed to be triggered by S3 (you can see this easily in the console); and that there are no Service Control Policies at an OU level (if you're using Organizations) that have been implemented that might be causing an issue.
