IP range of Kinesis Data Firehose custom HTTP endpoint

In the documentation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/firehose/latest/dev/controlling-access.html ), there are 2 set of IPs for us to whitelist when using Splunk or RedShift as Kinesis Data Firehose destination.

May I know if there is a similar list for me to whitelist when I use custom HTTP endpoint as destination?
