The new login UI has really screwed something up

Feedback Failing

  1. When I first go to the legacy login page - it tells me that my login information is incorrect.
  2. I go to the new UI, same thing.
  3. I try to submit feedback and that image is the result.
  4. I finally go back to the legacy login page after forcing it to happen with the drop down and it lets me in with no issues. (otherwise I wouldn't be able to be posting this)

I do not know what your developers have done to the console login, but it is borked and needs to be fixed immediately. I do not know why this is not a SEV1 right now, but it should be.

I understand that you are facing an issue when trying to login in your account using the new UI.

At the moment, we have not face same kind of issue as i replicated the same on my end. Hence, in order to further investigate this issue and find the root cause, we would request you to reach out to AWS Premium Support via a Support Case and share HAR file when you login.
