The Elastic IP address you are trying to release is set as rDNS for the domain ulferiksplace.com, this is what I got when I run the host command in the terminal, and to solve the case you can reach out to AWS to request for the removal of rDNS entry. You also have to make sure before you release the address you must be sure that the Elastic IP is not currently associated with an AWS resource, such as an EC2 instance, NAT gateway, or Network Load Balancer
