Hello.
Is the error a timeout error?
If you get a timeout error, please check whether all HTTP access is allowed in the inbound rules of the EC2 security group.

For anything other than timeout errors, you should check the application logs to troubleshoot.

i tried the above isntructions but still get the same error on some devices i get refused to connect error even on the same network i can access the website from my pc but can't access on mobile phone when i checked the error logs on my server it seems like the request is not reahing the server at all
