'Bucket cannot have ACLs set with ObjectOwnership's BucketOwnerEnforced setting' occurred when create studio

I am consistently getting the error below when creating a studio. It seems to be affected by a change in ACL policy in April this year. Is there any way to resolve this issue? If anyone has resolved this issue, I would really appreciate your help.
