Urgent:- Was unable to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam due to surname mismatch

Hi Team,

Today i was unable to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam scheduled at 08:00 am IST to 09:40 am IST due to mismatch between my Account Surname (ie: in short) and the surname in my passport (fullsurname).

Exam:- CLF-C01: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Candidate ID: XXXXXXXXXX

Registration ID : XXXXXXXX

Pearson Vue case id: #XXXXXXXXX

I have tried updating my surname by raising ticket in amazon support,but have not received any reply yet.

Could you please help me in processing the refund or please help with rescheduling the exam as soon as possible.
