Protocols Missing While creating SNS Subscription

When I try to create a subscription for SNS, initially I can see the entire list of protocols. But after I choose a topic, all protocols except SQS are gone from the list. Choosing a different topic after deleting the current one did not help.

Tried a lot of different things but could not reproduce the issue.

Is this happening in a particular AWS region or on any region?

Also do you have access to another AWS account where you can try it out. If you would start noting down your actions before you can reproduce the issue, that will be helpful.
