Tried a lot of different things but could not reproduce the issue.
Is this happening in a particular AWS region or on any region?
Also do you have access to another AWS account where you can try it out. If you would start noting down your actions before you can reproduce the issue, that will be helpful.

I had a partial resolution for the issue. When I chose a FIFO topic, I only see SQS in the protocol list. When I chose a standard topic, I can see all three protocols. I'm doing this in N Virginia region.
OK. Thanks for the clarification. Yes for FIFO Topics, FIFO SQS Queues are the only supported subscriptions. It is mentioned in the documentation - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/fifo-message-delivery.html
