Hello, Unfortunately the only things to do is to update the ticket with a new message and ask for a update as soon as possible and explain your impacted business.

I advice you to adjust the ticket priority to a higher priority. If you have a COA, SA or AWS Partner, contact them.

I understand your frustration with the lack of response from AWS Support regarding your account activation issue. This situation can be stressful, especially when it impacts your work.

Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Be patient but persistent. Account issues often require manual intervention from AWS Support, which can take time. The typical expectation is to receive an initial response within 24-48 hours, even for lower-tier support plans.

  2. Check all email addresses associated with your AWS account, including spam folders, for any communications from AWS. They may have sent additional information or requests.

  3. If you've already opened a case, update it to request a status update. Clearly explain the impact this is having on your work and operations.

  4. Ensure all your contact information in the AWS account is up-to-date.

  5. If you have an AWS Account Manager or are working with an AWS Partner, reach out to them for assistance in escalating the issue internally.

  6. If possible, include any relevant payment confirmation details or transaction IDs in your support case if the issue is payment-related.

While waiting, continue to engage with AWS Support through your open case, as they are the primary channel for resolving this issue. If the delay becomes excessive, consider mentioning in your case update that this is severely impacting your operations.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to immediately activate the account on your own. AWS Support needs to manually intervene in these cases. Be prepared to provide any additional information or documentation AWS may request to verify your account or confirm your identity.
