Is there ever a cost increase for service quota increases?

I was discussing a service quota increase with a customer, and they asked me if there are any service quota increases that will cause a price increase even if they do not use any additional services? I looked around at a handful of service quotas, and it doesn't look like there would be a price increase for any of them, but I would like to have a definitive answer to take back to the customer.

AWS at its core is a pay for what you use platform. Increasing the service quota only increases your potential use, not actual use to which you are billed. So in short; no, service quota increases will not directly cause a price increase.
