EC2 server lagging due to SSH

My website was down from the last night and when we checked in the morning we could not login to the EC2 server with our SSH. Our website is built on Elementor and we checked our health status and it seems to work fine.

    What error occurs when you try to log into your EC2 using SSH? Have you tried restarting the instance via the AWS console?

Please provide the error message you are getting and also check if there are changes in security groups, NACLs, IP address etc.
