Amazon Textract charges for APIs and pages used.
Amazon Textract is not a subscription service, so you only pay for what you use.
If you have an AWS account, you can use it without any particular contract.

For example, a 100-page sentence inspection using the "Detect Document Text API" would result in the following billing.
The following calculations are examples only.
In fact, since up to 1,000 pages are free each month, a calculation of 100 pages does not incur a fee.
0.0015USD * 100 = 0.15USD

AWS ideally creats an invoice at the start of the next month itself. Yes the CC can be charged automatically based on local / country specific rules.

Thanks a lot Riku! What about other services such as s3, that are complementary to the usage of textract? does invoice include those as well?
Yes, the accompanying S3 and other services will also be billed.
