I believe resetting the local password will unlock the account. Hopefully, your EC2 is managed in SSM Fleet Manager. If so, you can follow the following steps to reset the password and unlock the account
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/fleet-manager-reset-password.html
If its not managed, let me know and we can look at why. thx Gary
Yeah I think its not managed
Have any idea for solve this ?
Make sure your ec2 can access the internet or to SSM vpc endpoints.
Also ensure the ec2 has this policy attached https://docs.aws.amazon.com/aws-managed-policy/latest/reference/AmazonSSMManagedInstanceCore.html
Then re boot server.
