Hi,
I took a look at your account and in the SES inbound rules there is a catch all rule which saves mail to a S3 bucket. If that rule fails, the rules (With the action to deliver to WorkMail) after the "save to S3 bucket" rule are not executed. Can you check that the Save to S3 rule works?
Kind regards, Robin
Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with receiving mail. Since its impacting both of your organizations it might be a configuration issue. Have you recently changed anything in the SES inbound rules? Can you check if these are still correct to route mail to WorkMail (If they are missing add the domain in the WorkMail console again to fix the rule) and any other rules in the inbound rule set work correctly?
Kind regards, Robin
Hi Robin, thanks for your reply. I haven't changed anything, the last thing I did was remove some buckets but for another domain. I will re-add the rules from the emails. but when I checked all of those where good. Hope that helps.
I have even created a new organization with another domain that I have, and can't receive emails on that either.

Thanks a lot Robin, this was the issue, there was no bucket set to save the email, I don't know how that got changed. But again thanks a lot for the help!
