Amazon Managed Grafana currently does not support custom plugin. The built-in data sources (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/grafana/latest/userguide/AMG-data-sources-builtin.html) and optionally the supported plugins available with an upgrade to Grafana Enterprise (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/grafana/latest/userguide/AMG-data-sources-enterprise.html) are the only supported options at this time.
