Facing issue in RDP of lightsail machine

I am not able to take RDP of my lightsail machine. I have install McAfee endpoint security after that I am not able to take RDP. Is there any way to get the machine RDP and uninstall mcafee.

Hi, Security programs do not allow remote connections to your computer by default. However, it is possible to allow remote connections by opening the necessary port under the "Firewall" settings.

You may try adding and editing instance firewall rules in Amazon Lightsail https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-editing-firewall-rules
