My account was locked but I'm still being billed for unused resources


Hi, my account was locked from Feb 27 up until this morning (March 5th). However, I am still being charged for the days I was unable to use my AWS resources (EC2 and s3). I tried reaching out to support but they're ignoring me. Has anyone else had this issue?
